Jonathan Fulton is an associate professor of political science at Zayed University, in Abu Dhabi, UAE and a nonresident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council. His teaching and research interests focus on China’s relations with the Gulf Arab monarchies, international relations of the Gulf, and international relations of East Asia.
