Abdullah Almuqren

Abdullah Almuqren is a researcher at the School of Global Affairs at Lancaster University. His recent scholarly work focuses on institutional development and public policy within the context of Saudi Arabia’s socioeconomic reforms. He is a contributor to Realizing Saudi Vision 2030: Governance, Institutions and Human Capital Development, published by Bloomsbury Publishing in February 2026. Almuqren authored the chapter “New Institutions and Opportunities for Transformation,” which investigates the remodeling of government entities and creation of new institutions central to Vision 2030’s implementation.
