About the event

In Realizing Saudi Vision 2030: Governance, Institutions and Human Capital Development, editor Mark C. Thompson and contributors take a behind-the-scenes look into the transformations taking place in Saudi Arabia. With contributions from academics, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners who have access to decision makers and relevant institutions in the country, the book takes a closer look at the remodeling of government entities, creation of institutions, and new opportunities made available for Saudis through human capital development initiatives, issues that are central to Vision 2030. In assessing the transformations taking place in Saudi Arabia, this book evaluates how Vision 2030 is being implemented and what factors challenge its development.
