Elham Fakhro

Elham Fakhro is a research fellow at the Middle East Initiative, Harvard Kennedy School and the author of a book on the Abraham Accords.

She previously acted as a senior analyst with the International Crisis Group and held teaching and research roles at New York University Abu Dhabi and Exeter University. She holds an LLM from Harvard Law School and DPhil from St Antony’s College, Oxford University. Fakhro is the author of The Abraham Accords: the Gulf States, Israel, and the Limits of Normalization, published by Columbia University Press in 2024.
