
Joud Al Marar

Joud Al Marar is a former research associate at the Arab Gulf States Institute in Washington. Al Marar worked for the Louvre Abu Dhabi museum for four years, handling strategic institutional and government relations. She was in charge of establishing collaborations with international and regional partners, including Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Jordan. As a spokesperson for the project, she presented at conferences and forums locally and abroad. Al Marar was also selected among Abu Dhabi government employees to participate in a leadership program under the patronage of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan in 2018. Al Marar was previously involved in the Global Youth Conference for the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland and gained experience through other opportunities at the Ayyam Gallery Dubai, the Swiss Embassy in Abu Dhabi, and the American Chamber of Commerce.
Al Marar holds a BA in political science and French studies from Franklin University in Lugano, Switzerland and is currently a master’s student at Georgetown University, majoring in Arab studies.
