Vice Admiral Bob Harward
Executive Vice President, International Business and Strategy, Shield AI
Bob Harward is Shield AI’s executive vice president for international business and strategy. He previously worked as a chief executive at Lockheed Martin, leading its presence in the Middle East since 2014. During his tenure there, he was instrumental in advancing human capital development and industrial partnership initiatives as well as strengthening ties between Middle East allies and the United States.
Harward is a retired United States Navy vice admiral (SEAL) and a former deputy commander of the United States Central Command, under the leadership command of General James Mattis. He served on the National Security Council under President George W. Bush and commissioned the National Counterterrorism Center.
