Munqith Dagher
Munqith Dagher is the chief executive officer and founder of Almustakilla, the Independent Institute of Administration and Civil Society Studies, research group in Iraq and a Gallup International board member. Dagher conducted Iraq’s first-ever public opinion poll in 2003. He holds a PhD in public administration from the University of Baghdad College of Administration and Economics and a master’s in war sciences. He was a professor of public administration and strategic management in Baghdad and Basra and at the National Defense University.
