Yesar Al-Maleki is a Gulf analyst at the Middle East Economic Survey (MEES). He is an energy economist covering Iraq and Gulf affairs. Al-Maleki is a non-resident scholar at the Middle East Institute and a research fellow at the Institute of Regional and International Studies at the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani.
