H.E. Noor AlKhulaif

H.E. Noor AlKhulaif is the minister of sustainable development of the Kingdom of Bahrain. She previously served as Bahrain’s assistant undersecretary for economic affairs and prior to that as the director of the Information and Economic Indicators Directorate at the Ministry of Finance and National Economy. AlKhulaif started her career in the private sector as a statutory auditor and later assurance advisor with Deloitte LLP in the United Kingdom, where she worked for over seven years. AlKhulaif holds a master’s degree in economics and a bachelor’s in mathematics and economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is a chartered accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She is also a recipient of the Bahrain Crown Prince International Scholarship Program. AlKhulaif is a board member of Bahrain’s Economic Development Board, Water Resources Council, and Civil Defense Council. She is also a member of Bahrain’s Supreme Council for Women and a trustee of the Isa bin Salman Charity Educational Endowment.
