Abdulla Almarzooqi

Abdulla Almarzooqi is a former research associate at the Arab Gulf States Institute. He holds an MA in Middle Eastern studies from Harvard University and a BA in business administration from NYU Abu Dhabi. At Harvard, he served as a research assistant at the Department of History, working on the history of education and private property in the Gulf. At NYU Abu Dhabi, he served as a cultural ambassador with the Office of Student Life, working to bridge the gap between the student body and the broader United Arab Emirates community. He speaks Arabic, English, Turkish, and basic French. He was born and raised in Dubai.
