About the event

The Arab Gulf States Institute was pleased to partner with the Middle East Institute to host H.E. Dr. Anwar Gargash, diplomatic advisor to the president of the United Arab Emirates, for a closed-door conversation. The visit offered a valuable opportunity to gain firsthand insight into Abu Dhabi’s strategic priorities for the bilateral relationship with the United States. The discussion explored the strong economic and security ties between the two countries as well as the roles both can play in addressing key regional dynamics and shared global challenges.
