Silliman, Hussein Ibish, Ali Alfoneh, and Ambassador Feisal al-Istrabadi. The discussion centered around what the newly seated administration of Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi should prioritize, what Iraq’s Gulf Arab neighbors could do to support it to help Iraq pull away from Iran’s orbit, and the evolving bilateral trade relations and economic ties between Iraq and Iran.
