Douglas Silliman, AGSI Distinguished Diplomatic Fellow Amb. Karen Sasahara, AGSI Board Member Amb. Edward W. “Skip” Gnehm, Jr, and U.S. Embassy in Kuwait Chargé d’Affaires, ad interim, Steven R. Butler.
