Yvette Pannell is the office/HR administrator at the Arab Gulf States Institute. Prior to joining AGSI, she worked at the Cato Institute for 14 years, as an executive assistant, assistant office administrator, and, for the past eight years, as the human resources manager. As an HR generalist supporting a staff of over 160 employees, Pannell was responsible for benefits administration, performance management and compensation, employee relations, training, and development. Prior to the Cato Institute, she held positions at Seabury & Smith, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Aetna.
