Natasha Ahmed is a deep tech investor and operator focused on building the next generation of the space and defense industrial base. She is founder of Cosmic Funds, a space and dual-use capital advisory network, focused on aligning sovereign strategy, capital formation, and emerging technology. She led corporate development and strategy at Epirus, a growth-stage defense technology company developing advanced counter-drone systems, through its $1B+ Series D valuation. Earlier, she led the defense and space portfolio at Disruptive, a growth-focused private equity firm, and built space and emerging technology programs with SpaceWERX at H4xLabs, a Stanford “Hacking for Defense” affiliated accelerator. She is a senior advisor to TRENDS US, advancing collaboration between the United Arab Emirates and Washington, and is a former board member of the Space Force Association DC Chapter. Ahmed serves as a commissioner of the Loudoun Economic Development Advisory Commission and mentors venture-backed founders. She champions collaboration among industry, investors, and sovereign institutions, shaping the future of dual-use innovation with a humanity-driven approach.
