As part of AGSIW’s Energy Series, Ben Cahill, senior fellow in the Energy Security and Climate Change Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, previewed his paper for AGSIW, “Everything at Once: Transformation of Abu Dhabi’s Oil Policy,” and discussed how, under Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan, Abu Dhabi has made a fundamental shift in its oil policy since 2016. AGSIW Non-Resident Fellow Kate Dourian moderated the discussion.
